I am a self employed mental health counselor specializing in individual therapy with adults of all ages. I have extensive training in trauma, depression, anxiety, executive stress management, women's issues, as well as life decision making. I have over 20 years of experience, and I am passionate about helping each individual navigate towards their true self. I practice and teach mindfulness, and stress management, and have advanced training in the 3 Principles. I look forward to accompanying you through this challenging time in your life.
